The 2008 UCSB International Capture The Flag
The UCSB International Capture The Flag (also known as the iCTF) is a distributed, wide-area security exercise, whose goal is to test the security skills of the participants.The Capture The Flag contest is a multi-site, multi-team hacking contest in which a number of teams compete independently against each other.

This year's edition of the contest was held December 5th from 8am to 5pm (PST). Team ENOFLAG from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany finally won the contest as the only team disabling the bomb. The iCTF 2008 significantly distinguished from (previous) usual Capture the Flag contests. Every team got it's own instance of a network to attack which was controlling a virtual bomb. Starting point was the web page of the terrorist organization.
